I purchased my C240 from the garage 15 years ago and have used them for all servicing, repairs and bodywork ever since. During this time I have always been treated with respect and honesty. They try hard not to do work before necessary but advise me of future potential work and keep a check as and when I visit them. They are also responsive to drop in visits. After a recent "bulb gone" warning light I went into the garage to ask if anyone could check which one it might be. This was done, the bulb in question changed and I was charged just £1.80. Apart from the excellent service I always receive I believe the other major item is that I have never felt that I was being taken advantage of or "tricked" into having unnecessary work carried out and as a single older female I cannot stress how important and comforting that is.
