Problem with key and ignition ... Shoddy and unhelpful experience from start to finish over nearly 5 painful weeks of chasing, no feedback and no sense. No explanation or understanding of the bill or the work done, and when I did eventually pick the car up, I found that it had been left with just 11 PSI in one of the tires (they had completed a complimentary "safety check", and sent me the video, but they declined to put any air in the tire!!... A SAFETY CRITICAL ISSUE Appalling service, critical safety failure and very expensive too. I would suggest staying well clear of this this bunch of jokers. From my experience, shiny exterior fronting a company that doesn't give a ....... about the service provided, their customer or safety.

The service department is a disgrace. It's fine until something goes wrong and then they go on the attack. Poor service carried out, apparently they did fill the washer bottle, but it must have gained a leak on the way home. They fitted another under warranty (fraud) Came back with same washer bottle, with my fingerprint on it. They put 1000 miles on my car 'test driving to find out a fault' which they didn't find over many months. They didn't ask permission or tell me that was what they were doing. I could fill pages with mine and my friends experiences here.

My car went in to this garage several times for repairs and the level of customer service and quality of the work performed was continually diabolical. You are much better off using Rivervale next door; they are a Merecedes approved garage and they are cheaper and have a much higher level of customer service that Lookers Mercedes next door.
