DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY ARE DAYLIGHT COWBOYS, THEY WILL INCREASE YOUR BILL WITHOUT EVEN GETTING A PHONE CALL TO LET YOU KNOW OR ASK YOU IF YOU WANT TO PROCEED. THEY WILL DAMAGE SOMETHING ELSE SO YOU CAN RETURN BACK TO THEM AND FIX IT SO THEY CAN GET MORE MONEY. THE OWNER, HE'S VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY, SO PLEASE DO NOT USE MECA CAR SERVICES.

This garage is a little gem! Run by a woman (Jennifer) the owner's whole customer ethos is about offering honest and friendly garage services where, as a woman, I didn't feel intimidated at all and even met another customer who was a retired mechanic - so I was immediately reassured! I got a free courtesy car for the day and got a bill which was half the cost of that quoted by another garage! If you live in the Exeter area you really must use this garage (located near the Exeter Services on Sowton industrial Estate)!
