I visited this garage as I had a flat tyre on the driver's side of my year old Mercedes C220. Having no real knowledge about cars/tyres at all, I thought that I had a puncture and needed a new tyre. I was concerned about driving the car in case the tyre burst. It was obvious that I was clueless about cars/tyres, but the garage staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I left my car with them while I went to work and a couple of hours later they called me to update me. They had taken the tyre off, checked it for a puncture and also checked the valve. They couldn't find any sign of a puncture. It appeared that I may not have put enough air into the tyres and I hadn't re-set the run flat indicator properly when I had previously put air into the tyre. They checked the pressure in all the tyres and fitted a new valve. They also re-set the run flat indicator. When I went to collect my car after work the garage did not charge me. Not only did they save me the cost of a new tyre (approx £160 upwards) but they also ensured that the tyres were all safe and roadworthy and did not charge me a penny! I will definately return to this garage in future.

I visited this garage after having a flat tyre on my A Class, having heard about them on Groupon. Their service was helpful, friendly and professional. They got me a new tyre straight away with no waiting, suggesting a local coffee shop if I wanted it. They also ordered the underside panel I damaged through the flat tyre, to be fitted while I wait. My car is in need of a service soon and I want to take it to a Mercedes specialist without having to pay main dealer prices and I'm pleased to say I've found what I'm looking for, all within walking distance of the city centre.
