Disgraceful customer service. Never returns calls. Totally disinterested. I would never deal with Inchcape again.

I rang this place for a quote and they told me to get a price for my parts from Bmw as they could not be bothered to ring them due to short staff and covid. Bmw now give all parts on there parts website with the prices and i was than told i dont need the work and dont want to look and slammed the phone down on me . So i would avoid this place and go somewhere that will take the time to get a price and wants the work. It takes years to build a good company and he destroyed his in 3 minutes flat.

I visited this garage after having a flat tyre on my A Class, having heard about them on Groupon. Their service was helpful, friendly and professional. They got me a new tyre straight away with no waiting, suggesting a local coffee shop if I wanted it. They also ordered the underside panel I damaged through the flat tyre, to be fitted while I wait. My car is in need of a service soon and I want to take it to a Mercedes specialist without having to pay main dealer prices and I'm pleased to say I've found what I'm looking for, all within walking distance of the city centre.
