Martin Adams Vehicle Servicing

We have been using Martin Adams for over ten years and have always received excellent service. They are really great to deal with and extremely good value for money.

Took my Defender in for an MOT, Guys are very good. Pleasure to deal with.

Was Recommended to Martin to look at my 55 Plate RR Sport that had developed a chronic engine issue. Was told initially by another mechanic it was an Injector issue so supplied a new injector when I dropped my car off. It took Martin and his team 6 weeks to fit 1 Injector, various excuses as to why, first it was they didnt have the tools, then it was the injector was stuck, then it was it wouldn't programme to the computer.. eventually they got it fitted and coded only to say that wasn't the problem.. it was the main bearings so the whole engine needed rebuilding and the body needed to come off and they were not interested in the job. Had to arrange another company to come and tow it. When I arrived at the time Martin gave the driver on last Saturday, No one was there, my battery was flat and the passenger door was left unlocked and half open on a weekend!! On top of that they has dismantled parts in the engine bay and just thrown them into the boot!!! Then the invoice arrived and it was more than £100 over what he had quoted!! Plus when I inspected my car there are fresh dents, scratches and scuffs all over my nice paintwork that happened at his workshop!!! I wouldn't recommend this workshop to anyone who values the condition of their car! He might be knowledgeable on the really old stuff pre 1970, but his work ethic, customer service and ability to call you back even when he "Promises" are 0!! Steer clear if you are a new client.

Being going to Martin fo 20plus years and cannot rate him & his team highly enough. Good prices so fo me and many many others who use this garage ********** 10 Stars
