"Efficient, Friendly but expensive."

The car is elderly but regularly serviced at a non-franchise garage. After suffering an intermittent and difficult to replicate slow-idle fault that caused stalling at vulnerable points (T-junctions, slow traffic etc) I decided to try the nearest main dealer. Switched on receptionist. The fault was difficult to diagnose but they cleared it and the car drives as if 5 years younger. The bill was not much more than expected. Will use again. I used them a few years ago but stopped because of very off hand receptionists who gave the impression that customers were a great inconvenience. Perhaps a new broom has sorted them out.
