Marshall Honda, York

My 3 year old honda jazz was one week out of warranty when I discovered that the rear offside window, rarely used, had jammed. More in hope than expectation I contacted Marshall Honda at York who called me in straight away. I thought they might just spray the window with silicone but they ordered a new part and when it arrived, fitted it at my convenience and (because it had a full service history) without charge, marking the invoice 'GOODWILL' That is a better service than I expected.
