My car was swerving to the left under braking, Lloyd assured me it was a rear caliper sticking, so we agreed for them to replace it. After picking up the car and paying £460 the garage assured me that it was braking without fault and that they had extensively test driven it and it was fine. But when I drove it home it was exactly the same still swerving to the left when I braked. I asked Lloyd to come out and drive the car with me and he couldn’t have been less interested! After driving the car he didn’t offer any more solutions or advice and couldn’t wait to get out of the car! I took the car to Audi a few days later and it turned out to be a simple fix of new discs and pads!! Do yourself a favour and go to a proper dealership they charge the same as this back street garage pretending to be a specialist!

Spent over £500 on a service and other work. 3 weeks later had to remove pollen filter only to find this had not been changed as it was old and filthy and different make to the one I supplied! What else was not done? Would not trust or recommend, be very careful.

I emailed a number of garages for quotes on replacing a door latch (common fault on VW's I'm told) and this came in as the lowest by some stretch. Only realised when I went there that I had been before (previously a tyre replacement which again below quotes elsewhere). The whole experience was very good, from booking by email, agreeing a date (two days later so they could get parts) and then service and collection. This is a seriously good garage which needs highlighting - thus why I'm on here.

I went to this garage and asked them to check my car and let me know what needed fixing on it. They came up with a list that equated to £3,000 work. I asked them to complete £570 on it - i then took the car to a garage up North and got everything fixed including an MOT done for £750! So all in all complete rip off.

Took my vehicle for servicing and MOT at the beguining of November after being reccommended by a friend. Very pleased with the overall experience, i particularly liked the report i was given on my vehicle on collection with the receptionist explaing everything without any pressure of having the work done. Wasnt so keen on the fact they dont do MOT's on site but on reflection i guess this gives a more impartial service. Would definately reccomend and will be taking my vehicle back again.

After a friends recommendation I booked my car in for a MOT and service. I found them to be honest and professional, as I was kept informed about progress, and good value for my Audi. It was great to find a garage well situated so I could use the Park and ride service for work and shopping. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

This garage replaced a cambelt on a SEAT Leon TdiSE resulting in poor starting. They then diagnosed a MAF problem - baloney as the MAF would have no impact on starting. Appalling attitude. I took the car to a SEAT dealer who found the cambelt fitting out by a country mile. On returning to them to complain they suggested that the cambelt might have slipped. I am amazed to see this garage in the well-respected Honest John listings. I trust that the reviews of other garages are more accurate. This visit may have been a few years ago but checking VW owners sites suggests that nothing has changed since.

I have used this garage for over 5 years to service and repair my Skoda Octavia Estate 4*4 1.9 TDCi and have always been very satisfied with their work. They offer up to 20% discount on the annual service if you are a repeat customer, book at least one week in advance and can leave it overnight.
