Asked for mechtronics to be taken out and had company waiting for me to send unit to repair after they already diagnosed problem, price was agreed to just remove mechtronics and put back in and on date of them supposed to do work they refused to do work, I own VCDS myself and already completed a diagnostic test which this company already knew it had been done so when the car was collected they still charged for a diagnostic test which wasn’t authorised in the agreed work to be under taken and said he wouldn’t put his name to simply removing an refitting mechtronics, total waste of space of a company I had to wait 3 weeks for them to do work for them to only push that i need to pay them 8-9k for a new gearbox, totally trying to rip people off, I repeat they were asked to do a job that was agreed and they used it as an excuse to try an rip me off, this may even go to small claims court for a service that was not agreed or needed. Stay away from these cowboys.

I had a series of complex problems, they went way beyond what would be expected. Kept me informed and did a superb job. I've used them for many years and travel a long way to get there, which is testament in itself. Fantastic.

I have been taking my Audi here for nearly 8 years, after having some really bad experiences with the local main dealer. At Mark Tempest they know their stuff. No nonsense. Straight forward. The guy that that owns it sits in Reception. This is what all garages should be like.

I recently had my Audi A1 serviced with this garage for the first time. I found the Receptionist extremely friendly and helpful. When I dropped my car off the staff were very welcoming. They rang e to tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost. The bill came to exactly what they had quoted and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I recently had a major problem with my T5 van. A failed head gasket caused extensive damage to the engine, radiator and other items. It was repaired on time, on budget by a very friendly professional team. Will I go back to them .. yes I will-highly recommended.

Took my car round to Mark Tempest's to see if they could help as I couldn't open the bonnet to check oil/water. They were incredibly helpful - had the car on the ramp straight away, despite being busy and managed to sort out the cord from underneath. Really chuffed. Really courteous and didn't make me feel I'd interrupted their work schedule, which I obviously had. Outstanding service!

Took the wife's sharan in to have the clutch replaced but was advised to change 2 cv boots as they had split and were leaking grease: Thing is the car was MOT 3 days before and no problem reported. Was then told it needed and new drive shaft. Was also charged VAT twice. Got my money back but when I enquired about having more work done was told to find another garage

VW / Audi specialist. Knows them inside out. My family and I have been going there for over 10yrs with a variety of VAG vehicles and never had a bad experience.
