I hate an engine management light on with an unknown fault however, I was totally looked after, checked everything, all the faults displayed on there telemetry device but not only that, checked the oil, water and explained in great detail of what was causing the fault. I simply couod not of been in better hands and was without any doubts - the best customer service experience that I've ever received. Outstanding, highly recommend and the only downfall is that I'm now based in Cornwall otherwise I'd use this garage regularly. In this day and age, it's incredible difficult to not only trust someone, but to find a garage with such high level of expertise. Mate, you Sir were an absolute star. Cheers and thank you!!!

I've used Lightfoot's now since we brought our last 308sw. 10 yrs ago. Got it from a garage in Birmingham who sold it with a dodgy EGR valve, But hid it with turning off the fault light and putting regen flush in it. The visits back to Birmingham was terrible. not open because people forgot, no mechanic on site.. ect ect all the usual forecourt crap. Within the guarantee it states you can use a local garage with consent. The original car sales agreed,so we used Lightfoot's. They was amazing, so so helpful. Sorted the car bosh.....I went down with some beers a few week after to say thanks and the car sales had still not paid!! Our car has had the clutch, brakes, mots, service water pump all the usuals and Lightfoot has done the lot. There's a lot of distrust with garages and I can see why, hearing some tales but Issac stands out as a very helpful very very knowledgeable mechanic and a top bloke to boot!. Will never use another mechanic..

I have used Mark Lightfoot for repairs and service to my 9 year old Citroen C6. He is very open and honest and has always provided a good experience.
