I took a ragged, cranky, botched up old Jaguar (1970) to Mark Coburn Garage and left with a pussy cat that had a wonderful coat and matching performance. When entered for its MOT it was awarded a pass and not one advisory. Katie, Keith, Nick and Mark talked to you as if you were doing them a favour in giving them work. I think it has been forgotten these day's that you are the customer. BUT NOT BY ANY MEANS HERE. They got all the parts they required, some new and some refurbished, and for a car this age that was a miracle. Before I left I was "BEGGED" to come back with the slightest problem that might occur in the future. I am totally confident that I will only return for another MOT in twelve months time. I cannot thank them enough for the fantastic service that I have received I am not accustomed to this quality service having only been on the island for eighteen months.
