bought car new from them as no spare tyre had to pay for it, given (sorry sold) different make to all other tyres good job I will not be driving in France. At all services (3) they are unable to supply spare litre of engine oil used - the bill says Shell Helix HX7 only - nothing about viscosity VW identification etc. Mileage wrong on bill for 2 services

We had a problem with the folding roof on our 6 year old Eos. After a lot of investigation (no charge) they traced the fault (far from obvious) and fixed it. In addition they also replaced a wheel bearing, when it was removed the discs and pads were found to be in poor condition, so they replaced them free of charge because they'd had the car so long. Furthermore the loan car was really nice (I might buy a golf) and we had a dedicated service contact who was fantastic. We've been using an independent for the last couple of years, who have been excellent, but service like this deserves to be rewarded.
