brakes pads still poorly worn after paying out £200+ and oil in engine on lowest level. Overall very poor value for money and not to be trusted.much better service at car clinic in malvern link, but best if you take the car up north for anything major like a clutch replacement as all garages in malvern will fleece you big time on jobs like that. e.g. quotes £1000 to replace a clutch when up north, quotes are closer to £500 and the job is done properly.

I have used them before for work on the engine of my 2004 Zafira diesel they fixed the problem and it stayed fixed! This time I had an issue with the auto transmission - they diagnosed that quickly fixed the problem and the car drives like a dream. They are totally honest and don't do unnecessary work. They explain what they have found during the diagnosis and discuss the options - that is important to me as a retired Chartered Engineer.

I was referred to Malvern Diesel over a year ago by a local garage wh could not fix my Zafira diesel - they had asked a Vauxhall dealer for info but were told that is where they send their diesel problems. John and his team diagnosed the problem and fixed it and the car ran perfectly. More recently, this january, I had a warning light come on and the car went into "stagger home" mode. They diagnosed the problem as an exhaust gas recycling valve, fitted a replacement and the problem was cured. Brilliant service!

They have kept our 52-plate Yaris Diesel running sweetly, having overcome a smoking problem in a very practical way, and continue to get it through it's MOT with a minimum of fuss, and at a competitive price. They clearly know their business.

Having taken my own car here (Mercedes W124 E300D), plus having recommended it to others they are very knowledgeable indeed. If your car has an engine issue (injectors, glow plugs, fuel pump etc) bring it here. They only do diesels and know what to do. I find it's far, far easier and cheaper to bring your car to a specialist as they get to the problem straightaway and don't spend ages faffing about and/or bodging repairs, rather than admit that it's beyond them!
