They serviced my car in an efficient and friendly manner. It was available for collection at the right time with no waiting. They investigated a problem with one of the windows without charge and have undertaken to source and fit a part in due course. I felt that the price was very competitive. I took my BMW to Maltings Garage because the MOT was due, and it was giving very low MPG (25-30 so wanted someone to take a look). The mechanics quickly identified the issue (Inlet Manifold) and advised on new and used options. I decided to get a used part as they're very expensive, which they fitted without an issue. I paid over the phone and picked the car up at 8pm after a long day at work using their out of hours collection service - great! Overall, very happy and the pricing was great value when compared with other quotes I had.
