Generally, a good garage which I have used for many years mainly for MOT's. However, on this occasion, I was disappointed that the engine had been overfilled with oil and I had to return to get the excess drained. Although it is fair to say that this was done without any hesitation or quibble and they apologised for the error

Bought a pre-registered Honda from them some 12 years ago. NS rear door card not properly fitted. On first service dipstick left lying on top of engine. Didn't go back for service. When looking for a replacement vehicle visited showroom in April this year, just after 9am. Asked if they had a salesman around. Receptionist simply said "No" and continued painting her nails. Spent well over £20,000 elsewhere that day.
