Parks Ford Perth

Visited this garage for a paint check on my Ford, this took two hours for them to complete. Car had "stone thrash" which was my fault for not fitting mudflaps! When I pointed out that none of the cars for sale on their forecourt had mudflaps service manager, George Smart got involved and basically said tough! Recently I had a flat battery, after a 5 minute check at my normal garage which showed my battery was faulty I visited Macrae and Dick to ask if they could check my battery under warranty and was told need to book the car in. I went to another Ford garage who told me the battery was not covered by warranty and I bought a new battery plus all parts for my next service from them Macrae & Dicks loss. I am not alone in my experience with this garage several friends have had similar experiences - a garage to be avoided.
