My car went in with problems with the egr valve, the problem was diagnosed straight away and they did all of the leg work with the warranty and took the hassle out of it for me! The work was done quickly and efficiently, I received a fantastic level of communication throughout, putting me at ease that my car was in safe hands! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now!

Took my Ford S-Max in to MAC Motors to replace a malfunctioning EGR valve . They encountered several complications from previous poor workmanship at other garages but persevered and completed the job in time for our long distance family holiday . I was forced to use this garage when the car I had only purchased 3 weeks ago went pear shaped. The warranty company told me that this was their chosen garage for repairs. From start to finish MAC were amazing. From the first phone call to them I felt assured that I was in good hands. The fault on my car was found immediately and it was repaired in a timely manner. All the staff are very knowledgeable and polite. They offer main dealer diagnostics too which saves me a fortune. I have since been back to the garage with other issues. Service is spot on and prices are very competitive and I have never once felt ripped off or over charged. Usually when I visit a garage I get a strange sick feeling! Not here. I'd advise anyone to give them a go.
