Lovely family fell they used my first name

An item went missing from my car whilst in for repair. They investigated but could find no evidence, but it was in my car when it went to them, and missing when returned. Also, the inside door handle was no reconnected during the repair, which I had to do myself.

I've been using this garage to service my VWs for some years. The team are always helpful and friendly, explain what needs doing, and what has been done after work is completed. My car is washed and vacced 19 times out of 20, and they are happy to collect it, or lend me a courtesy car if requested.
