We booked a small service item for a car with this garage, the car was then written off in a collision before the work could be done. Any normal garage would have been fine with this. Not Longmynd Service Station, who have invoiced me for the parts required, and are currently insisting on payment. Totally unreasonable behaviour in the circumstances. They may have good mechanics, but beware, they may also choose to rip off their regular customers, and until this happened, we were regular customers. No more.
