I have been using Listers for about 5 years. Wasn't impressed with their sales team at the time so bought my VW elsewhere, but servicing has been good. They are not excessively expensive for a main dealer and work has always been carried out well and with no nasty surprises. Happy to lend me a car if required and will price match if challenged with other garages. Prices for tyres very competitive with other tyre dealers and have never carried out uneccessary work even when they've had the opportunity to do so. You usually get a customer satisfaction survey soon after your visit and seem genuinely to want to offer customer satisfaction.

I've been using Lister's (Evesham) to service our VW's for 10 years. Never had any cause for complaint. Recently carried out warranty work on our Golf even though warranty had expired 4 months ago. Recommended for servicing.
