Failed MOT, so I asked them to quote for the work. Which they did and I duly authorised. When collecting they wanted 25% more than the quote. Needless to say an argument, they backed down most of the way. Wont use again. Owner got very agressive and tried intimidating me. Strange approach for a back street garage

My Skoda Yeti went into 'limp' mode and had to be looked at asap. Liss Garage checked it out straight away and diagnosed a fault with no. 4 cylinder. Instead of waiting till an official booking later in the week they kept the car and had it fixed the next day. It needed an HT lead and spark plug which had been damaged by the arcing lead.
