Lincolnshire Tyre Company, Market Rasen

Having moved to the area I was directed to the Market Rasen branch of The Lincoln Tyre Company by a local business when I needed a tyre replacement. The work was carried out swiftly & courteously, & whenever I called in for a tyre check, I was given an honest opinion & no hard sell. I recently had problems with my exhaust & called in just before the end of a working day to see if Wayne, or one of his colleagues could advise me where to go locally. I was delighted to see that the company also fitted exhausts. I took my Honda Jazz in first thing the following morning & the team made a real effort to replace the damaged part, rather than the whole exhaust, saving me a fair amount of money. I was able to set off on a long jouney, fully reassured. Some weeks later, I noticed a 'knocking' noise & took the car back in. Again, it was dealt with very quickly & no charge was made for the adjustment. Two days later, however, the noise returned. Within two hours a complete new exhaust had been fitted, again with no charge, but with unnecessary apologies for my inconvenience. I cannot rate the staff & service here more highly!
