I took my new van in for its first service to this dealer,being a new vehicle and to comply with the warranty regulations I thought it would be in very good hands.This being a newly built dealership with a glossy showroom what could go wrong.I dropped off in the morning and picked up after work,paid the bill and drove home 22 miles.Firstly it was returned filthy dirty,not to bothered as they would probably scratch it any way.I was cleaning the van in the morning and opened the bonnet to discover the engine covered in oil spatters,it was every where and to make matters worse I found an old oily rag stuck wrapped around the fan,which I had to gently unwind.I sent over an hour cleaning the engine bay. Terrible service from a main dealer. Will not be going back to this dealer,would give 0 rating on all counts,they don't care.

I had a steering rack replacement £2 K. I asked for the broken rack to be placed in the boot of my car subsequent to replacement. They did not do this. Eight months later I cannot get a reply to my many letters to have the old rack returned. They have been totally unco-operative. I think they are hiding the cause of failure to avoid detrimental publicity.There has been recall on other Masda models. I am upset by their refusal to reply to my letters, or give a reason why they refuse to return my steering rack.
