They carried out a thorough investigation to find the fault on my car. They kept in contact with me throughout and even asked me to go over to see the fault as it was something they hadn't encountered before. They wanted me to be aware that they weren't trying to con me. The service manager was friendly and explained everything to me before carrying out the repairs. All in all, very good service.
