Laser Motor Company Ltd

I bought my Hyundai from what was Laser Motor Company at the time. The name has changed to CMC but I think it is essentially the same company. It is in the same premises, having come back after moving briefly to Sawbridgeworth. It is convenient for Harlow Mill train station. The reception staff are friendly and generally helpful. I'm not always too impressed by the workshop side of things as on two occasions they have failed to correct steering tracking problems, which I subsequently got fixed by a decent tyre place. On the last occasion they "couldn't find anything wrong" even though the steering wheel was clearly turned to the right when the car was travelling in a straight line. I use them for servicing because the car is under warranty and I have always felt that this should make warranty claims easier, even though in theory I could take the car anywhere for servicing.
