On holiday in Dorset, my car alarm started to sound intermittently. I called this garage at 11 am & was told they could check out the problem that day. My wife, daughter & I were planning to spend the afternoon in Bridport & we got to the garage about 1.30. Jan, the receptionist arranged for us to be driven into the town centre & brought back to the garage when we were ready. The problem was identified, the spare part was in stock & by 4.00 we were on our way.
