Kwik Fit, Melton Mowbray

thank you kwickfit - was pleasently suprised by price and the lack of added extras you get with alot of garages. Would use again and recomend to ppl.

We would just like to say thank you to Adam on reception and all the guys at Kwik Fit, Melton Mowbray who were so incredibly helpful to us yesterday when we arrived on their forecourt with smoking front brakes, seized calipers etc! In the event they couldn't get the parts in time to get us back on the road but they liaised between us (drinking endless cups of tea in Melton Mowbray) and the RAC when they didn't have to get involved in that part of our recovery process. They called us on our mobiles throughout, supplied pen and paper, toilets, brilliant senses of humour and didn't charge us for putting the car up on the ramps and stripping down the front brakes to see what the problem was when we initially arrived. They were just so pleasant and I would even say concerned for us which was such a refreshing change from some customer service these days. Thank you again guys.
