If there was 6 stars Keswick Motors would have it from me. Can't praise Gemma enough. Never having bought a car I found the process of looking quite unnerving however the stress was taken away by their amazing service.

Couldn't be better - I told Keswick Motors this morning that there was something wrong with my car, they walked to where it was parked, identified the problem, got the new part in a couple of hours, drove the car to the garage and fixed it immediately, although they were overflowing with jobs. Wonderful! I can now go home now - and not only was it a very reasonable cost, for another fiver they would have given it a really good clean!

It was a pleasant experience having my Fiat Panda serviced at Keswick Motor Company,the 2nd oldest established Fiat dealership in the Uk, and great to discover that the person who carried out the 12,000 miles service on my 2011 Panda Active 1.2 petrol had recently visited Italy on an all expenses trip paid for by Fiat as a reward for being one of the top rated technicians in the UK. From my initial contact with Service Manager Adrian it was clear that this franchise knows how a customer should be treated. The care, attention & quiet professionalism is obvious throughout and I will recommend this operation to everyone that will listen. If any proof is needed I live in the Manchester area yet I choose to have my Fiat serviced in Cumbria! This is worth doing because it also means that at least once a year I can visit the Lake District and enjoy the scenery. I have no hesitation in adding Keswick Motor Company to the Good Garage Guide, not only Fiats but any make will be serviced there so call them next time. Regards Norman
