Being from Irvine I've always had my car serviced and mot'd at the Arnold Clark in Kilmarnock, but I was recently told that Kerr Baillie does Ford so I thought I'd give them a whirl. Firstly they dont charge for a courtesy car (which was a nice clean Fiesta) which was nice and secondly my bill was around £30 cheaper well £45 if you add on £15 for a courtesy car. The service staff were nice and friendly and the work was done on time with no fuss. Very happy will use again.
