Cost was ok, didn't give me much useful information other that apparently the turbo needed replaced, which had still not failed, there diagnosing software I heard was second to none, but just got the exact same information as my £20 OBD gave....

Been here a few times over the last few years. They wont give you a firm quote over the phone, not even an accurate ballpark and more often than not you will get a nasty surprise when the bill comes. Work I've had done is over all pretty average and the staff aren't that clued up really, some are down right rude! I stopped using them because to be honest, the dealers prices are very similar (sometimes cheaper),I was quoted £400+vat to change 2 front shocks (non OEM) and the dealer quoted me £~320 (OEM parts), similar thing with a front wheel bearing quote. The dealer guarantees the price, uses genuine parts, is a lot friendlier and professional and has a very comfortable waiting room with good coffee. The days of slagging off 'the stealer' are gone i reckon, which is why this place became so successful originally, they need to buck up their ideas i think.
