"Rip Off - Poor Customer Service! "

Invoice No. 41813. I was charged £288 for a DPF clean. £100 of the charge was for a "System Update". Unfortunately my DPF light came back on within a few weeks. I spoke with alternative Garages & they inform me that there is no such thing as System Update! I have had to pay an additional £250 to get my DPF cleaned properly! I do not recommend this company!
