Johnsons Honda

With the odd exception, most staff here seem extremely pleasant and accommodating on the surface. However, I have found the competence of both their servicing and sales staff to have been highly questionable on several occasions where they seemed happy to provide an abundance of misinformation about both their products and servicing requirements, all clearly based on a lack of expertise and/or experience in their field. Staff turnover appears frequent in both sales and servicing from what I can make out, but this hasn't helped with the above. Nice as they try to be, I don't have any confidence in them at all to either supply or look after a vehicle of mine or my family, and I won't therefore be buying a Honda as a result. Such a shame considering the high quality of the product itself.
