Very pleased to report an excellent sales experience with John R Ford, car delivered yesterday. They are a dealership that really cares about proper customer service, such a refreshing change from the 'take-it-or-leave-it' Supermarket type dealership that we are more used to finding these days. Lee in car sales has been very clear and helpful throughout with great communication. He took time to work out the specification and deal, nothing was too much trouble for him.
