Purchased my Peugeot from them - paid for a 3 yrs service plan - 3rd service was booked had half a day off work took car in and was told they were changing dealership from Peugeot to Kia (TODAY) so they were unable to service the car!!! Thats customer service for you - thank you JJ Cookson
