We were originally recommended to Jim Walton by our neighbours and we then purchased a new Toyota in 2018. We have now had it 10 months and on the odd occasion we have visited them they have been very helpful and quick to respond. The sales and service team are all very helpful and professional and it's a pleasant change to have confidence in a garage after our disastrous experiences with Ford & Arnold Clark who have now thankfully closed down in Penrith.
