Been using JT Hughes to service my Honda from new in different location for main dealer. This is first time the Honda service was carried out as itemised by Honda - not Shrewsbury, not Oswestry, not Newtown. The service plan was sold as a way to budget for work needed, but is inflexible and implimentation is unhelpfule. Having car serviced by Honda means they provide roadside assistance, breakdown and recovery FOC. For a 6 year old car doing 20k a year that cannot be towed - Jazz Hybrid, this is a requirement. Saving me £100. Found an improvement in mpg that pays for service afterwards. Previously thought 10% drop in mpg was due to cold weather, winter tyres.
