I used this garage to service my van as I forgot it was due, I couldn't get it in else where due to being booked up. Invicta's was booked up but offered to let me know of any cancellation spots. Luckily one did come up later that week and I was called. Dropped it off early. I received a video from one of the tech showing me their findings, found this useful and easier to understand. I was called a after I had watched the video and offered the additional work to be carried out that day, (one tire needed replacing as it was low). Got another call once it was done and ready to collect.

Experience with Invicta motors has been vast over the course of owning my 26k Full maindraler service hitory Mazda 6 sport d. June: car went to Royal tunbridge wells body shop for bumper as i was hit whilst stationary at lights. Simple case of redit new bumper and spray. Alsi opted for alloys to be done at the same time. Two weeks it took and when I got the car back. The bumper was wrong shade. July car went back to have bumper resprayed (correct shade) and asked to look at a noise and skip in engine. The outcome of which was a injector relay and relearn injectors. Aug; same fault on car... now developed in to a chirping as blow out valve is making noise. Injector seals and new oil. Sept: booked in for waiting appointment to diagnose fault. 3 hours waiting fault not fixed Rebook for drop off appointment for same fault initially reported in June. Had new injector seals oil and filter. Initial problem still there. Fault still apparent even after being cleared and given back. Excuse stating must be an underlying problem occurs since we did the work. ALLOYS started to de reigate, two months after refurb. And Selling car now due to problem and the service received in trying to resolve problem. Unreasonable and shocking

Contacted this garage several times about a purchase. Calls not returned when they said they would. Had to chase them up several times. Clearly the sales reps are not on commission as they seem not to want to sell their stock. At times, did not know whether cars advertised on their website were in stock, and did not know where they were in relation to group stock. A total cluster, I went and spent my £13k elsewhere. I would suggest you do the same.

I have a Fiesta 2011 model automatic and I began to experience problems with violent gear changes. They were initially surprised by this as the car has a great reputation, anyway they kept it for a week and loaned me another car. Ford said there was a problem with one of the clutch plates but could not supply it for some time so my garage badgered Ford on my behalf and got me a brand new gearbox at no charge. This just one incident where the garage/dealership have been so helpful and their staff are the best there is. They are extremely helpful but and there is never a miserable face to deal with in fact I have great fun whenever I go there for a service. Like anything in this life there will be times when things go wrong and it seems as though lady luck has deserted you but it the lads at Invicta Ford of Ashford can find a way to make your day then they will.
