They have looked after my Audi A5 for 6 years. What a great service they provide

Based on my second visit in April 2015. The guys that own this independent garage provided me with enough information to help me make a decision on the phone with regards the shock absorbers (dampers) on my Passat recently. They demonstrated a degree of flexibility by allowing me to purchase my own OEM parts to fit, which saved a bit of VAT too. Like all good garages they offered to show me the old parts they had removed. After the oil and filter change the diesel engine is running smoother. Their labour rates are competitive and their invoices have enough detail on. They filled in the service book correctly too. Their workshop and reception area is clean and tidy. Coffee maker and tv also available while you wait. On my third visit today they went that extra mile in my view as their senior mechanic (one of the Directors) invited me into the work shop to talk me through the concern I had about the condition of the coil springs on my car. I was able to see for myself the condition of the four year old springs. After a sensible conversation we concluded that they would be alright and if I wanted to change them I could. I was not talked down to or told what to do at any point which I appreciate. I would certainly recommend this garage to owners of all VAG cars

We have 2 cars, an Audi A4 and a VW Sharan. Inde-Tech have serviced and repared any faults since 2009. First contact is usually with Brian whose is courtesy itself and whose knowledge is excellent so that you know your car will be in safe hands.A clear quotation is given before work is completed. The pricing is clear with no add ons. On one occasion my wife came with me when a service was due and we asked about buses to Milton Keynes centre and I was offered use of a car free for the day! The engineers are not only friendly but know their cars and I would say if you have an Audi VW or Seat there can be no better garage to go to. We live about 20 miles away but would not go anywhere else and they have clean toilets!
