Charged £85 to advise air con needed re gas which was justified by service manager saying they dont test the system if you only pay £149 for the re gas! Advised golf gtd needed cam belt and water pump at £550. Replaced belt only as they say car has electric pump. Reduced £550 price to £505 in compensation for less labour and parts! What a joke. These guys are supposed to know their car when in reality all they know is how to extract money from their customers

Had timing belt & water pump renewed on my 2004 Passat TDI, first class work by the look and feel of it, 12mts warranty for parts & labour, car was valeted inside & out without charge or asking. They collected my car from my home and delivered it back again, free of charge. Receptionists all clued up, helpful and polite. Very impressed, a professional outfit.
