Booked the car for service. I was told is is going to take max 2 hours. When I turned up at 9 am I was told the car will be ready late afternoon. I got charged for topping up screenwash- I had topped it up before I left home so they either didn't really check or just cheat on you. They washed the car as there is automatic car wash on site but it is so bad that left tiny scratches on the paintwork. If you ever use them ask not to wash your car. On a plus site I must say that staff was friendly.
