I phoned for a service and booked as required. After the service was complete they billed me for an interim service yet only performed a base service. Upon phoning and complaining I was offered nothing but poor customer service. The advisers seem to be lacking knowledge of their service offerings and in addition aren't keen to help when something is clearly wrong. I was left paying £40 extra and I wont be visiting again. If you are considering this garage be wary of what work will be involved and check your vehicle to make sure work it is performed and no extra damage has resulted.
