The repair involved replacing the front passenger door of a Volvo XC60 and spray painting it to match the body colour. The dents in the door were too difficult to guarantee a successful repair. I appreciated being able to discuss the repair with the person who would undertake the work. A clear plan was given for the desired outcome and an estimate of itemised costs was sent by email within a few days. A date was agreed for the work and the car was ready for collection within the three days scheduled for the repair. The whole process was stress-free and the finished result outstanding. Really pleased. It was a bonus that the final bill was below estimate. Many thanks.

Filled the loan car with petrol at Kings Lynn on way to pick up my car, on handing back the keys I was asked if id refilled it, I said yes, the guy then asked if id filled it on their pump. Obviously I said no, I filled it at kings lynn, oh he said then probably it needs £3 to fill it can you take it to the pump and refill it he asked. I said to him no, it is full, it'll only take pence to fill it. No he said it needs to be full... oh right, I took it to the pump, refilled it with £1.35 and went to pay. the guy in the shop then asks me, did you put the nozzle in the car properly? of course was my reply, I'm 42, I've been using these for 25 years! oh he said did you fill it right up? ummm, yes I filled it at Kings Lynn but the guy in the showroom wants me to fill it completely. oh right he says and takes my £1.35. wont be going back to this garage next year, left here feeling throughly insulted. they alo managed not to fix the heated seat that still isnt working.

I bought a 2004 V70 D5 in May 2012 from a used car garage in Peterborough,and have used these guys twice for servicing, the first of which included the 96000 mile cambelt change. Why keep a 10 year old car in the main dealer service loop? Because these guys are superb value for money, their quote for the cambelt service was cheaper than ANY of the nearest main dealers and a local Volvo Specialist who I had used with a previous 850 and my local garage. Factor in the main dealer knowledge, their helpfulness and constant communication whilst the car is with them, a free courtesy car and membership of Volvo Assist for a year (saving me the cost of the RAC membership) and the fact that the bill has always been the quote, then it becomes a real no brainer, even with a 30 mile drive to get to them...... If I had one criticism, it would be the courtesy cars, when you drive a 2.4 diesel Volvo you are used to a bit of power. My courtesy cars from them have been a Nissan Pixo and. Citroen C1, which didn't have any power! But given the savings, I will cope......

Have bought two Volvo's since 2006 which have been serviced by them plus they collected my wife & car following a 'pothole' breakdown. They are most helpful, always polite, give excellent service & offer a Free courtesy car. Recommended.
