If I could award NO stars then I would!!! I bought the car from this garage because I wanted to buy locally and, hopefully get better service. Through 3 years and 110,000 miles it has been a nightmare!! I can see why they no longer have a Nissan or Hyundai franchise A few examples (believe me ...they are just a few!!):- The salesman agreed to change the wheels to cheaper, steel wheels for free. At pick up I was charged! After a service the brake fluid filler cap was left off! I was charged £410 for a £280 service with no explanation of the extra cost. My complaints about noises and other faults have been ignored as though I am an Idiot!! I may be in some respects, but I have worked in and around the car and driving industry for 20+years Service Dept took 3 weeks to contact Hyundai about a warranty claim. A potentially dangerous brake fault was reported - they would have to see the vehicle first (ok, but not good!). Cant see it for nearly 3 weeks!! just to diagnose!!!!!! - That's not service, THAT IS APPALLING!!!

Bought our (used) Nissan Primera from Humphris as a good deal 11 years, & 102k miles, ago - uncompromising service then & since. Convenient location & top notch service and advice - often cheapest for tyres & batteries. Front-of-desk service chap always happy to help. Sorry they lost Nissan sales franchise - and also Hyandai, as would like to replace with either make & stay with a family firm.
