Hulland Ward Garage

I live about 65 miles away from Hulland Ward Garage but my Dad lives locally and I had been visiting him. I set off to go home in the late afternoon but soon discovered the brakes were making a dreadful noise. As I had just passed Hulland Ward Garage I took the car back there to ask for advice. A bonus night spent at my Dad's but Andrew and his team had the car in the very next day to replace the front brakes and discs so that I could get home, despite the fact they were busy. If the garage I took it to 9 months ago for MOT and service had done their job properly this would never have been necessary but it was fantastic to find somewhere so helpful and I was pleasantly surprised by the bill too. I had only done about 4000 miles since the car was serviced. I hope to use Hulland Ward Garage again in the future when I am visiting my Dad, despite the distance from home. The garage was absolutely spotless and I knew instantly if they care about their garage they are going to care about their customer's cars too. Thank you!

All of our cars are serviced with Andrew and his team for past 12 years, there is a high standard of work and communication is excellent. We are included in any problem solving, the costs are transparent and the cars are carefully looked after when we hand over the keys. We have Nissans, Fords and a Mini. Andrew takes an interest in different marques, especially the Mini which has its own character & quirks that lot's of mechanic's struggle to understand, not Andrew and his team. This garage enjoys working on car's and sometimes I arrive to collect my Mini when the garage is servicing a Morris Minors & a Ford Fiesta and also a high end rally car! Wonderful!
