Went here yesterday to get some help opening bonnet. All technicians were busy, but a manager said he would try to help. He got the bonnet open, picked out all the crud that had built up, regreased it - all with a smile. No charge, no hassle. This is not the first time this Honda garage has helped me out beyond servicing, and they've always been brilliant.
