Our 11 year old 206 hdi refused to start. We called horderns and the car was collected within 3 hours. It started first time when tried by the mechanics who came but was taken for checks to be made. The invoice is for ' recover vehicle from Marple (approx 11 miles) run diag test, no foults present but key signal fault shown on memory, replace transponder aerial road test and check on diag again, no faults showing. Total charge including vat £63.72, We were told 1) No charge for vehicle recovery as we were regular customers 2) No charge for transponder aerial as the one ordered had not arrived so they took one off a car in stock. This exemplifies our view of the garage over the past 12 years We did once have cause for complaint but the matter was resolved to our entire satisfaction within five minutes. John Gregory
