I have a 23 year old VW Golf Convertible; it’s a cherished vehicle and has only covered 67 thousand miles from new, spending most of its life tucked up in a warm garage. I’ve owned the car from new, for almost all of its life it’s been serviced by Hollis Motors and its very experienced team of engineers. Hollis Motors is a SEAT dealer also specialising in VW Group motors, what is unique, to me at least, is its willingness to pursue problems on older cars that cannot be resolved by diagnostics alone. Recently my car developed an intermittent electrical problem, the service team spent a lot of time identifying and resolving the problem. This was achieved by experience, patience and good customer care. It is a garage well versed in the sale and maintenance of modern cars, but still has the time to fix my old car Their work is outstanding and fairly priced; I trust them and strongly recommend them, particularly for the owners of not so new vehicles
