"Insensitive, Incompetent, completely thoughtless"

I have been consoling my wife all afternoon after what can only be described as a completely insensitive and completely thoughtless call my wife received this afternoon. Someone called and asked for my wife's mother, to enquire "how she was getting on with her car?" A seemingly innocent query you might think, until you learn that the person in question passed away in April, and the car in question was returned to Holdcroft in May, as per the contract obligations. I am utterly disgusted at the level of incompetence shown here, and the sheer driving force of the sales team, no matter what, chasing the potential sale, regardless of customer situations and feelings. I wouldn't mind if we still had the car, but given that the car has been returned for over 3 months, they should know better. We, as a family, are still struggling with grief, and maybe this complaint is unjustified and me typing it out is merely a venting process for my anger, but sitting here typing it , i think there is so much more to be said, however, Holdcroft Crewe should be made aware of their failing.

Avoid this garage like the plague. They messed up the PDI on a new car, leaving out important components such as the aerial, handbook and other items. They also failed to set up the service intervals correctly, which caused repeated engine fault light illuminations. Infuriatingly, they refused to even look at the car each time. We eventually took the car to a different Nissan dealer in Stone. They reset the engine management system with the correct information, which has solved the problem. They explained in detail that the faults were caused by Holdcroft's incompetence.
