My insurance company insisted I send my car here for repair following a minor bump. They had my car for over 2 weeks and not once during this time did they bother update me on progress. The repairs were relatively poor as well. I wouldn't recommend this accident repair centre!

Taken several of my peugeots dealers here in preference to swansea dealer (old swansea dealer seemed to have problems with people daring to want service) No idea what new dealer is like. HJ Phillips always given good service, done what they said they would and occasionally have even cleaned my car at no extra cost. They dont try to add work but did have an issue when i wanted to provide my own bosch brake parts on a previous car - i used to work for them and had very good discount on OEM parts for my cars - signed a waiver and they fitted. It is a main dealer so it isnt cheap but they do do all the greasing doors ect that other gargaes dont do, car always seem to run nice and smooth after a service.

ordered a part, which was not in stock told it would be in the afternoon. when i went back to collect,a local motor factors van pulled up with my parts! so I declined to take them, went to local motor factors {same one my parts came in.} and no surprize ,same part was £25 cheaper. felt ripped off. suspension/bottom arm parts.
